The cattle that are produced is mostly imported from Australia known as BX, which the production process is certified with kesmavet and refer on the Handbook Meat Australia Guidelines.

Alice Spring is packged vaccum pack, with a strict control in the packaging process and certified with the food safety measure, then marketed as a fresh chilled beef product with the aging process of 14 days. the prime cuts such as Striploin, Tenderloin, and Ribeye has been used by 5 star hotels and upper class restaurants in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali and Lombok.
